Dear Nathan, I wanted to let you know how great it has been working with you on the revamp/development of our marketing materials-the brochures, pocket folder and website. You have exceeded all of our very high expectations. Your professionalism, responsiveness, creativity, and follow-through have been outstanding. One element that has strengthened our materials is your gorgous photography. Most importantly, your work has enabled us to present a more accurate picture of what Great Oak is all about, which is what we wanted from the beginning. It is nice to work with someone who listens and with whom we can work collaboratively. When we reached a stalemate on the brochure copy, you wisely brought on your copywriter, who also did an exceptional job. Anytime there was a slow-down in the development process, it was due to us and not you. Tim and I appreciate the way you have handled all of our projects.
